Hi there Poppers!
Thank you so massively much for browsing my site! Gift Pop was created at a kitchen table over a cup of tea one very wet, cold and miserable morning back in January 2014 although it feels like yesterday! I was chatting with a special mate about a desire to set something up that's fun and colourful. I fine-tuned the idea during more chats that were shoe-horned into dog walks, school runs or whilst flipping fish fingers.
Before I had a family (I have a gorgeous husband, 3 children and 2 crazy dogs) I headed-up marketing at No.5 Cavendish Square (in its hey day).
I took the plunge, dusted-off my apron and put together a small collection of bright and wonderful things - vibrant 'bits' I would adore to buy for myself and for my friends. I started off selling the Moroccan sequin baskets and neon tassel necklaces - but as you can see I've widened the range ALOT since then and now include numerous happy accessories and my best selling yoga pants which have featured in Tatler.
Everything I choose feels exciting, individual and affordable. There are lots of sites to buy gifts from, I know that, but I hope you get especially excited when you see my pop of colour and special mix of bits. We all deserve to feel special and I believe in everything I sell!
Gift Pop has come a long way since I started 3 years ago and I cannot thank all of those who have supported me enough - your energy and enthusiasm is amazing. That saying: 'When you buy from a small business an actual person does a happy dance,' REALLY is true!
I live near Newbury,in leafy West Berkshire. You can follow me on Instagram @giftpopboutique and Facebook. I will continue to pop up at the school/ charity fairs a bit in 2017, but my main focus will be on my website. I am lucky enough to have a bit more time now to travel and source new products - the next chapter is incredibly exciting for Gift Pop and I. Please give me feedback and keep sending me those pictures of your Gift Pop purchases - I love seeing them!
Thanks for looking and please keep popping with me! Here's to a happy, cosy and safe Autumn.
